Wellness Tools & Resources
The SIP Workplace Wellness Toolkit was created based on the dimensions of wellness. This model considers the whole person and how each of the individual dimensions affect each other. Tools, resources, and ideas in each section are meant to reinforce these dimensions and can assist with promoting wellness for all individuals within SIP physician practices. Many of the resources provided were created by reputable health organizations (CDC, Health.gov, NIMH, OSHA, etc.) and links directly to their source. All are meant to encourage and support your wellness journey and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
Our vison is to educate, support and empower our members and their staff to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits that will result in increased quality and length of life, reduce the prevalence of stress and burnout, and to create a culture of wellness throughout the independent physician community. We are committed to providing worksite wellness tools, resources, and ideas we feel will enhance the lives of all the medical professionals who treat the patients we serve.
It is the mission of the SIP Workplace Wellness Toolkit to promote the health and wellness of staff through education and initiatives that:
- Encourage habits of wellness
- Increase awareness of factors and resources contributing to well-being
- Inspire and empower individuals to take responsibility for their own health
- Support a sense of community
